Around here, we don't do bland, boring, or predictable. The Crumb Coated Cajun is where food, art, and a whole lotta imagination collide in the most wonderfully chaotic way.
I'm Jonathan Neil—chef, artist, storyteller, builder, and a maker of all things bold. For over 13 years, I've taught the masses through Williams Sonoma cooking classes, sharing my love for the culinary arts with a dash (or a heavy-handed Cajun shake) of personality.
But cooking is just one slice of the pie.
